Our grading scope of work includes clearing, sediment control, sediment basins, mass grading, final grading and storm water management.

	Maple Lawn This is a large residential and commercial development that is located in Howard County between Columbia and Washington DC. Gray & Son is working for the developer Greenebaum and Rose, providing the grading, paving, and some utilities for the site. The site is approximately 1,000 acres and it will take 8-10 years to complete.

	Greenspring Quarry This is located in Pikesville Md. off of Greenspring Avenue. Gray & Son began working here in November of 2002 and work is on-going. About 2 million cubic yards of dirt are being moved. The old quarry currently is being reclaimed and future work will be the infrastructure for a residential and commercial development.
